Construction contracts are typically negotiated based upon a guaranteed maximum price (GMAX). Construction and engineering services are typically bid out.
Acquisitions & Dispositions Services
The GenCap Group provides acquisition services – either core or opportunistic properties as applicable – to achieve our clients’ investment needs. Selected core assets typically include Class A assets in well-located areas of major markets throughout the United States. For those clients who are seeking greater returns and are more risk tolerant, opportunistic properties and workout opportunities are located on their behalf.
